Be Valuable And Heard At Work Whatever Your AgeWhilst organisations realise the importance of inclusion and diversity in the workplace, having up to five generations of employees working together at the same time, can bring its own set of challenges.

My view is that three things can help multiple generations at work; shared, regular communications and two-way feedback, an innovation hub that encourages older workers to work closely with younger employees; and mentoring, which includes both the mentoring of younger workers – as standard – but also reverse mentoring, where Millennial/Gen Z workers can mentor older much more senior staff, about new ways of working, new technology and even the future of work.
