Known as the Generation Game Changer, Henry Rose Lee researches, consults and speaks about every generation in today’s workforces, from those who are just starting work, to people in their mid-career, and through to those workers whose career is maturing. Henry advises clients on the key themes of each generation at work – from attraction and recruitment to engagement and retention. She also consults on how best to embrace the new normal of remote, flexible and hybrid work, and how to get the best out of every generation, whatever their age and job role.

Known as the Generation Game Changer, Henry Rose Lee is a generational expert specialising in the diversity and inclusion of all generations in the workplace today. She researches, consults and speaks about every generation. From Generation Z as they enter the workforce, to Millennials who are establishing their career, through to Generation X who are in mid-career, and on to Baby Boomers and older, as their working lives mature. She is intensely pragmatic and also entertaining, providing practical tools and techniques for maximising all generations, whether working conventionally or in a hybrid or fully remote world. With a background in sales & business development, followed by HR diagnostics, training and coaching, she sees organisations as a family of different ages, life-stages and experiences, blending innovation, novelty and variety with structure, stability and strategy; in effect – a dream team.

Henry Rose Lee is a results-oriented, generational expert and consultant. She spent fifteen years in sales and business development, becoming Export Manager for Filofax in charge of seven European countries. She then retrained as a trainer & coach, gaining a CIPD Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Development and an ICF Master Coaching Certification from the Behavioural Coaching Institute. After fifteen years as a coach & trainer, she became a consultant in 2016, specialising in the future of work and inter-generational transformation. Today, she speaks, consults, writes, and coaches on how to maximise the inclusion and contribution of all generations.
